Ingredients
- 1.5 oz | Ben Holladay Bourbon
- 1.5 oz | Madeira
- 0.5 oz | Gomme Syrup
- 1 | Egg
How to mix
- Add Ben Holladay Bourbon, madeira, gomme syrup, egg into a shaker
- Dry shake for 15-20 seconds
- Add ice to the shaker
- Shake until chilled
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg
