Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz | Ben Holladay Bourbon
  • 1.5 oz | Madeira
  • 0.5 oz | Gomme Syrup
  • 1 | Egg

How to mix

  1. Add Ben Holladay Bourbon, madeira, gomme syrup, egg into a shaker
  2. Dry shake for 15-20 seconds
  3. Add ice to the shaker
  4. Shake until chilled
  5. Double strain into a coupe glass
  6. Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg
