Weston Sour
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz | Ben Holladay Bourbon
- 0.5 oz | Amaretto
- 0.75 oz | Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz | Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz | Egg White
- 0.25 oz | Red Wine
How to mix
- Add Ben Holladay Bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker
- Dry shake for 10-15 seconds
- Add ice into the shaker
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
- Float red wine ontop
