Weston Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz | Ben Holladay Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz | Amaretto
  • 0.75 oz | Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz | Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz | Egg White
  • 0.25 oz | Red Wine

How to mix

  1. Add Ben Holladay Bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker
  2. Dry shake for 10-15 seconds
  3. Add ice into the shaker
  4. Shake until chilled
  5. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
  6. Float red wine ontop
