Kyle’s Notes:

I think I am pretty straightforward discussing the anxiety inducing events that have happened over the course of the last few years. This was yet another one for me with our second rickhouse coming of age.  I actually first introduced tasting of this rickhouse to a social media influencer as a test of the quality of the product. Thankfully, it passed that test, and it is exciting for me to introduce product from Rickhouse B into the mix.

For this bottling, we did have two rickhouses as well as two distilling seasons into this product. The younger product was coming from the Fall 2018 distilling season from B, so I knew that I wanted to balance that with some Spring 2018 distilling season from C. This is an exciting bottling though because it is the beginning of another chapter for us and more will be seen soon.

The weighted average for the floor was 4.36 and there were 13 different ricks used as seen below.
